Academic Department Meetings High school seniors, second semester juniors, and all transfer students may request an Academic Department Meeting with a professor during the fall and spring semesters. Pre-Scheduled Department Meetings If you are wanting to meet with any of the departments listed below, please note they are only available on the dates listed. Please submit your request for one of the corresponding dates in order to register. The Neeley School of Business meets in-person on February 9, February 23, March 1, March 8, April 5, and April 26The Nursing Department meets in-person on dates on February 12, February 26, March 4, March 18, March 25, April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22, and April 29 The Pre-Health Professions Institute meets in-person on March 15, March 25, April 5, April 15, and April 26The John V. Roach Honors College meets in-person on January 26, February 16, March 1, and April 19Other Department Meetings The Office of Admission will coordinate a department meeting with your academic department of choice but cannot guarantee until confirmation is received from the academic department. Only requests made at least three weeks prior to the requested date will be considered.
