Academic Department Meetings
High school seniors, second semester juniors, and all transfer students may request an Academic Department Meeting with a professor during the fall and spring semesters.  

Pre-Scheduled Department Meetings
If you want to meet with any of the departments listed below, please note they are only available on the dates and times listed due to high demand. Please use the calendar below to find a date that works for you and submit your registration using the corresponding link. Specific times and locations will vary by department. 

The Neeley School of Business meets in-person on August 30, September 6, September 27, October 4, October 25, November 8, and November 22​​​​​​​

The Nursing Department meets in-person on September 23, October 7, October 14, November 4, and December 2nd 

The Pre-Health Professions Institute meets in-person on September 20 and October 14

The John V. Roach Honors Collegemeets in-person on September 27, October 18, and November 8

All Other Department MeetingsThe Office of Admission will coordinate a department meeting with your academic department of choice but cannot guarantee until confirmation is received from the academic department. Only requests made at least three weeks prior to the requested date will be considered. Please select a date using the calendar below and complete the information under the "Department Visit Request" link on that date.
