Group Tours
Before submitting your request, please review this agreement with additional details. Submission of your request confirms you have read and agreed to the terms for a Group Visit at TCU.
Group Tour Guidelines
Group Tours are available for groups of 10 or more students in grades 10-12 and all transfer students. Group Tours for elementary or middle school students are unavailable.
All students present for the group tour must be registered prior to the visit.
Maximum group size is 50 students and 5 chaperones.
We cannot accommodate students who have not registered for the visit prior to arrival or additional persons beyond the 50 students and 5 chaperone allotment.
Chaperones are required to go on tour with their group.
Group tours must be requested at least three weeks before the proposed visit date.

Group tours are offered on most Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the school year at 10:00 a.m.
Our student-led walking tours of campus last approximately one hour.
Your visit is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from our office.
Groups are given a 15-minute grace period before we consider your group a no show. If you are running late, please contact us ASAP at 817-257-7490.
Due to a high interest in group tours, we limit schools/organizations to one visit per academic year. Barring extenuating circumstances, groups should communicate with our office well in advance if they are not able to attend their scheduled group tour. Late cancellations will be directed to a future term to reschedule a tour. Please email grouptours@tcu.edu if you need to cancel your visit.
Lunch on Campus
While students are welcome to eat lunch on campus, the Admission Office is unable to provide meals or designated space for groups to eat. Students may bring their own lunches or eat at a local restaurant. To coordinate lunch in our Market Square dining hall, please contact Dining Services at (817) 257-7283 or info@tcudiningservices.com to make an advance reservation and payment.
Groups are welcome to visit campus at any time for a Self-Guided Tour. We encourage the Self-Guided Tour if your desired visit date is unavailable, your group size exceeds 50 students, or you're planning a visit for elementary or middle school students.

Please email grouptours@tcu.edu for details on getting to campus, bus parking, coordinating lunch, and for materials to walk yourself around campus.
